WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO...
- Keep your continuing education up to date
- You may still refer to yourself as a Real Estate Agent when speaking to people but not a REALTOR® as you must be a member of a board to refer to yourself as a REALTOR®
PROCESS FOR REFERRALS AND PAYMENTS...
- Refer a person to a Watkins REA agent and you will receive 85% of the referral commission paid to Horizon RRH
- Refer a person to an agent outside of Watkins REA and you will receive 75% of the referral commission paid to Horizon RRH
